Return conditions

Should we receive an item back that doesn’t meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. We will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.

– The return shipping costs are for the customer.

– The order must be returned in the original packaging.

– The item must not be used or damaged.

– Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

You may return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.
